SENSE Charter

Healthy Smiles Mobile Dental Team will be visiting SENSE on Wednesday, May 17th.

This is a great opportunity for your student to receive check-ups, x-rays, oral hygiene education and much more! 
Healthy Smiles accepts Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise, and most private dental insurance.

Your student will bring home a registration form this week. If you would like your student to see the dental team, please fill out the form completely and return it to the school no later than Friday 5/12. Students cannot be seen without a registration form completed and turned to the front office prior to the Dental Team's visit.
