      1. Motion to reallocate Head of School salary and benefits: The Administration recommends allocating the compensation of the Head of School based on the assigned responsibilities of the position. The Head of School performs both instructional leadership (principal) functions and administrative/operational functions. Accordingly, effective July 1, 2026, the Board approves allocating 75% of the Head of School's salary and employer-paid benefits to Fund 0101, Function 24100 (Principal) and 25% to Fund 0300, Function 23210 (General Administration). Administration is authorized to implement this allocation and make future adjustments if warranted by a material change in the assigned responsibilities of the position.
