Setup PowerSchool Parent Portal

SENSE Charter School uses PowerSchool for student grades and attendance. Parents can access this information anytime by going online to the PowerSchool Parent Portal Login Page.

Please note that initial account registration must be done through a web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge) rather than the PowerSchool app. Be sure to have your school-provided Access ID and Access Password ready to link your student(s). After setting up your account online, you can sign into the mobile app using your new login credentials.

Follow the below steps to create your PowerSchool account and link it to your student(s).

1. Access the login page: PowerSchool Parent Portal Login Page
2. Click on the "Create Account" tab
3. Click the "Create Account" button
4. In “Parent Account Details”, enter appropriate information (note password requirements)
5. In the "Link Students to Account" use the "Access ID" and Access Password" provided by the school.
6. Enter the student information for each of your other children.
7. Once the account is created, use the newly created Username and Password to login.

If you wish to use the PowerSchool App, you can follow these steps:

1. Download the app onto your device
   • iOS App Store: PowerSchool Mobile App
   • Google Play: PowerSchool Mobile App
2. Enter the four-digit district code for SENSE – KBPQ
3. Use your login credentials, created above, to sign into the app

You can easily request your student’s Access ID and Password by messaging their teacher on ParentSquare, or by clicking the button below to send an email request. When using the email request below, please note: To protect student privacy, we verify all requests against our student records. If your contact information does not match what we have on file, we will reach out to the primary contact to confirm access permission.
