Here's a few more photos from Devon's visit to Mrs. Sickbert and Ms. Sturgess' class with her feathered friends. What a great hands on learning experience!

More photos from Friday in Mrs. Sickbert and Ms. Sturgess' class.

Mrs. Sickbert and Ms. Sturgess' class had a special visitor on Friday! Devon came with Buttercup, Henny Penny and some baby chicks to help students learn about bird adaptatins for being outside in different types of weather.

Mrs. Sickbert's 1st grade class, loves to learn, and never wastes a moment of time. Here they are hard at work in the hall, while taking a restroom and water break. These kids are amazing!

The green and orange bus are running 30 min behind schedule.

We hosted the Kindergarten Olympics today! Each class has been learning about the Olympics and what it takes to be in the Olympics. We ended our lessons with our own Kindergarten version with an opening ceremony with a torch passing! We had the games Speed Skating, Bobsled, and Hockey! And we ended with a closing ceremony complete with gold medals!

Today fourth grade students “operated” on a patient for math! They used their addition and subtraction skills with mixed numbers with like and unlike denominators. They were able to “save” their patient!

We're still collecting!

iRead Parent's night, for SENSE 3rd Graders.

Purple Bus is running about 20 minutes late to drop off the Kids. Sorry for the delay!

During brain breaks over the past few days fourth graders in Mrs. Fisher’s class chose partners and designed “puff mobiles” to race! They created a bracket for their races today!! Would you believe the winning car had only one wheel?
